GRADUATION APPLICATION
There are three different months that students can graduate. They are December, May and August. Deadlines for submittal of graduation applications are:
For December graduation, on or before
November 15th
For May graduation, on or before
February 15th
For August graduation, on or before
August 1st
Nutrition students choose the correct month of graduation based upon completion of all core coursework including the elective and comprehensive exam. Students should check with the Coordinator of the Nutrition Institute a semester before their graduation date so that a checklist can be completed and any questions pertaining to graduation can be answered. Such consultation enables the Nutrition Institute to check the student’s records for discrepancies and allows some time during the last semester to resolve problems if any are to appear. The fulfillment of the graduation requirements are the student’s responsibility. A $110.00 graduation fee is due at the time the application for graduation is submitted. This fee must be paid whether or not the student participates in the ceremony. The fee and application should be submitted to the Nutrition Institute. The mailing address is:
