Directions to UB-Stamford

I-95 South (Toward N.Y.)
Use Exit 9 and turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
At the first light, turn right onto Courtland Avenue.
At the end of Courtland Avenue, turn left onto Glenbrook Road.
At the second light, turn right onto Hope Street.
Proceed 1.2 miles. Turn right at the Riverbend Center entrance on Largo Drive, located on the right after passing the Metro-North Station. Make a right turn onto Omega Drive and pass Metro Business Systems.  The next left is Riverbend Drive.  The Stamford Center is Building #5.  We have a purple awning in front.

I-95 North (From N.Y.)
Use Exit 9 and turn left at the end of the exit ramp.
At the first light, turn left onto Route 1.
At the next light, turn right onto Courtland Avenue.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15) Exit 36 (From North or South)
Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 106.
Proceed South for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto Camp Ave.
At the end of Camp Ave, turn left onto Hope Street.
Go 0.5 miles. Turn left at the Riverbend Center entrance on Largo Drive, located on the right after passing the Metro-North Station. Make a right turn onto Omega Drive and pass Metro Business Systems.  The next left is Riverbend Drive.  The Stamford Center is Building #5.  We have a purple awning in front.

Train
Take Metro-North railroad to Stamford.
Change train to New Canaan Line.
Exit at Springdale station.
Walk in the Riverbend Center entrance located beyond the Springdale Diner.
The Stamford Center is Building #5.
