Financial Aid

Financial aid is available to U.S. citizens in the form of Federal Stafford Student Loans (subsidized and unsubsidized) and through the Federal Work-Study Program. Tuition payment plans and private alternative loans are also available. The University hires graduate students as resident and assistant hall directors. Further information can be obtained from the Office of Financial Aid at 203-576-4568. International students must demonstrate that they have sufficient funds to finance their studies in the U.S. by completing the financial aid statement for international students included in the International Application for Admissions.

Cost of Study

Tuition for the Master of Science in Acupuncture program is currently $8,100 per semester or $16,200 per year. Total tuition for the program is approximately $48,600. Books, supplies and various fees (activities, graduation, etc.) add approximately $3,000 to the overall cost of attendance.

Living and Housing Costs

Graduate students in the acupuncture program may reside in University on-campus resident halls. Off-campus housing in the surrounding area is also available. Information pertaining to housing can be obtained from the Office of Resident Life at 203-576-4395.
