Costs

The following costs for each session in the 2008-2009 academic year are paid directly to the University of Bridgeport:

Full time tuition: $2,440. per session; $4880 per semester

Registration fee:  $30. per session; $60 per semester

Medical Insurance: Fall Semester $280.*  (coverage extends to 1/19/09)

                               Spring Semester  $220.*

                               Summer Semester $220.*

                               

Room & Meals during Fall & Spring Semesters: $2,560 per session; $5120 per semester

Room & Meals during Summer Semester:           $2225 per session; $4450 per semester

Deposit for security beeper : $150

 

***Health insurance is paid one time per semester.  (For example, a student registering for Fall Session 1 pays $280. and pays NO additional insurance fee in Fall Session 2.)

 

The following are paid separately:

Books & Personal Expenses (estimated) $200

Payment

Payment to the University may be made by cash, check, traveler's check, credit card, or wire transfer. Payment is made after students arrive here but before classes begin.

Students are advised to bring traveler's checks, a cashier's check, or a credit card. Do not bring large amounts of cash.
