Part of UB's educational approach of "educating for the real world" is to encourage workplace opportunities that enhance your academic program.

Experience shows that the best jobs go to the graduates who can bring both a degree and practical experience to the workplace. How do you do that? The University of Bridgeport provides you with the opportunity to combine your academic program with a Co-Operative education placement, an Internship or involvement with a clinical experience.

The Co-Op program was a chance for me to use the knowledge and skills that I got at school. Real world experience is what helps build a brilliant resume. It was easier for me to find a job after graduation because of this experience.

In addition, the great performance of the Co-Op students before me enhanced the image of our Business School and made me competitive in the job market.

The collaboration and partnership of the Universtity of Bridgeport with big companies in the business and financial world is mutually beneficial.
