UB Fall Job & Internship Fair

| Event Date: | Wednesday, October 22, 2008 |
| Location: | Social Room, Cox Student Center |
| Time: | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Set-up begins at 9:30 AM. |
| Refreshments: | Coffee will be held between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. All recruiters are invited to come early (secure a parking spot) and relax. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:00 AM. |
| Attendance Fee: | $100 for two representatives (fee includes lunch) $30 for non-profit organizations and government agencies (fee includes lunch) $15 for each additional representative Checks payable to University of Bridgeport. |
| Sponsorship: | Become an official Job Fair sponsor! $225 Gold Sponsorship (fee includes 5 representatives and a full-page advertisement) $150 Silver Sponsorship (fee includes 5 representatives and a half-page advertisement) |
| Registration: | Mail or fax the registration form . Please send payment to the address below. Credit cards are accepted over the phone. |
| Parking: | Parking will be available directly behind the student center with direct access to the Social Room. Please arrive early to secure a close spot.

| Services: | Each organization will have a 6’ draped table and chairs. The space allotted easily fits an 8’ display. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a larger display. A limited number of electrical outlets are available for the event. Connections are available on a first-come first-serve basis. |

| Refund Policy: |
We understand that cancellations are unavoidable. We will happily provide a full refund to any organization that cancels their registration prior to the deadline. Due to incurred expenses, we are unable to provide refunds for registrations cancelled after October 10, 2008. |
