Club Lessons
The club lesson teaches the art of social dancing. We will emphasize learning new figures and how to lead and follow. Typically these classes will focus more on American style figures (also known as Smooth and Rhythm) and will stay largely at the level of pre-bronze and bronze steps. |
|
| |
|
Team Lessons
The team lesson prepares dancers for the exciting world of competitive ballroom dancing! These lessons emphasize footwork, technique, and styling. We will also cover the technical aspects of competitive dancing such as the step syllabi, alignments, and how to prepare for every aspect of competing including proper dress, hair, and grooming. These classes will focus more on the International style (Standard and Latin dancing) and, although they will begin at pre-bronze, they will progress up through silver level figures. |
