The AMA’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, is that source. The Guides is used by many of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia, and will be required for Federal and Longshore & Harbor Workers' Act cases.
The new 6th edition of the Guides has just been published and contains may updates, corrections, additions and modifications.
